1. The trial lecture stage includes subject level test and trial lecture. The subject level test is in the form of closed book, which is conducted by the recruiting unit according to the recruitment position. The duration of the trial lecture is 25-45 minutes, and each recruitment unit shall release the trial lecture results to the candidates within 15 minutes after the trial lecture. The written test scores account for 30%, the trial lectures account for 70%, and the combined calculation is incorporated into the test scores, and more than 60 points are qualified. After the trial period, all recruiting units shall announce the test results in the examination room and accept telephone consultation from candidates. Among the qualified candidates, the candidates who enter the stage of professional ability and comprehensive quality test are determined according to the ratio of 1:5.
2. The professional ability and comprehensive quality test stage is conducted in the form of on-site question and answer. Each recruitment unit shall announce the results on the spot after the end of this stage, rank the qualified candidates from high to low, and determine the candidates who enter the assessment stage according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1:3.
3. Unified evaluation stage
The unified assessment stage is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau, mainly in the form of lectures and on-site questions and answers. The exam will be held in July 1 1- 12 in the middle school of Dongguan. The recruitment unit is responsible for informing the candidates who have entered the unified examination stage to come to the examination room at 4-5 pm on July 10 to receive the examination notice and questions. Candidates who fail to arrive at the examination room to receive the questions and take the exam within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of the exam automatically, and the results will be announced to the candidates on the spot within 15 minutes after the exam. According to professional ability and comprehensive quality, examination accounts for 50%, and assessment results account for 50%. Combined calculation of comprehensive total scores, the candidates' scores are sorted from high to low, and equal candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 (if two or more people have the same comprehensive total scores, the candidates for physical examination are determined in the order of trial lecture, professional ability and comprehensive quality test and unified assessment results).
