Newborn babies need to pay attention to sleep, keep warm, breastfeed as needed, skin care and so on.

1. Sleep: Newborn babies must ensure quiet sleep, and also ensure that babies sleep in dry diapers. When the diaper has urine or stool, it must be replaced and cleaned in time. Let the baby sleep on his side, or tilt his head to one side to prevent the residual amniotic fluid in his stomach from being discharged from his mouth after spitting out, leading to cough.

3. Breastfeeding as needed, so that the baby can get in touch with the mother as soon as possible, and increase the baby's sense of security. When breastfeeding, the mother should gently touch the baby and pay attention to prevent suffocation. Pat your back gently after feeding to prevent breast overflow.

4. Dry the baby's whole body as soon as possible after birth, because the baby's thermoregulation system is not fully developed, so keep warm and ensure that the temperature and humidity of the baby's environment are appropriate.

5. The baby's cervical spine and spine are delicate, so parents should be gentle when holding the baby.
