Log on to Noah Education Network (www.noahedu.com) and find the download area of NP800+ on the website. In Transfer Upgrade, select NP800+ System Upgrade Program and download it to your computer. Downloaded files are generally compressed files, which can only be used after being decompressed by decompression software.

Second, the file backup of the learning machine: in order to avoid data loss (such as MP3, synchronous learning courseware, etc. In the process of upgrading the learning machine, users are advised to back up the data in the U disk of the learning machine to the computer before upgrading, and then copy it back to the learning machine after upgrading.

Third, upgrade:

Method 1 (recommended):

① Connect NP800+ to the computer with a transmission line. When the computer is turned on, the "USB connection" confirmation box will pop up on the learning machine. Click [Yes] to enter the connected state.

② Open the "NP800+ System Program Upgrade Package" and "System Upgrade" folders of the learning machine at the same time. Copy the upgrade files "program.bin" and "maskrom.bin (for full upgrade only)" in the system upgrade package folder to the "System Upgrade" folder of the learning machine.

③ After disconnecting the learning machine from the computer correctly and safely, connect the charger to the learning machine and directly use the external power supply.

④ Enter the "F5 System \ System Upgrade" interface of the learning machine. Click [Yes] to enter the upgrade status. During the upgrade process, the screen will display the upgrade process.

During the upgrade process, please don't press the function keys and reset keys at will to avoid system crash.

⑤ Automatically enter the stroke correction state after the upgrade is completed. Return to the main interface of the system after correction.

⑥ After the upgrade is completed, the upgrade files in the learning machine will be automatically deleted.

Method 2:

① Copy the upgrade files "program.bin", "update.ini" and "maskrom.bin (only used in full upgrade)" in the upgrade package folder to the root directory of the SD card.

② In order to avoid the system crash caused by insufficient power when upgrading the learning machine, please ensure that the battery power is sufficient (at least more than half), and it is recommended to use an external power supply for power supply.

③ Confirm that the SD card containing the upgrade file has been inserted into the SD card slot of the learning machine.

④ Press the [RESET] reset key to restart the system and enter the upgrade state. During the upgrade process, the screen will show the progress of the program. During the upgrade process, please don't press the function keys and reset keys at will to avoid system crash.

⑤ After the upgrade is completed, a prompt "Please dial out the SD card" will pop up. After the SD card is dialed out, the system will automatically reset and enter the state of brush pen correction. Return to the main interface of the system after correction.

⑥ Please delete the upgrade file on the SD card after the upgrade is completed, so as to avoid repeating the upgrade at the next reset.

Note: Please enter the "F5 System \ Product Information" item to check the version information before upgrading. If the data version is V 1. 10 or above, just upgrade the program (30 seconds), otherwise, please download the whole program data upgrade package and upgrade the program and data at the same time (15 minutes).
