Ministry of Education: Graduates are not allowed to repeat physical examination. What new regulations have been introduced?
According to the latest regulations of the Ministry of Education, graduates do not need to repeat physical examination. In addition, there are the following new regulations:

Students may not need to practice compulsively. In order to maximize the interests of the school, many local colleges and universities will have cooperative relations with local companies and enterprises. In the year of graduation, students who are about to graduate will be required to practice in these enterprises and companies for one year. However, according to the employment data and reflection of most graduates, many graduating students find that their jobs do not match the majors they studied in universities after entering the companies designated by the school, and even some science graduates have to do some secretarial work in liberal arts.

Students shall not be forced to provide third-party employment agreements. Every year, the university will indicate the employment rate of its own school in the enrollment brochure. According to statistics, the employment rate of most schools has basically remained above 99%. This data is slightly inflated, and there are elements of fraud. The reason is that the school requires students to provide a third-party employment agreement, and if they do not provide it, they will not be issued a diploma. Students can't get their diplomas, so they have to find a company seal. On the surface, the employment rate has increased, but it is not.

Graduates' diplomas and degree certificates shall not be deducted at will. Diplomas are allowed if students fail to pass academic records. However, after all the students pass the make-up exam, it is against the regulations to still not issue graduation certificates and degree certificates to students. In some schools and regions, as long as students fail in any subject, they will not issue degree certificates again, and they need to pay 30 thousand yuan to the school to get a degree certificate. If such behavior is found in some schools, evidence can be collected and reported to the relevant local departments, and the Ministry of Education will further verify the relevant contents according to the students' complaints.
