The Interim Measures for Administrative Punishment of Off-campus Training consists of 6 chapters and 44 articles, which stipulates the implementing organ, jurisdiction and applicable objects, illegal acts and legal responsibilities, punishment procedures and execution, law enforcement supervision and so on.

Legal analysis of making up lessons outside school:

The Ministry of Education is also very concerned about the development of students, especially these off-campus training institutions, which should not exist. Students attend classes at school during the day and go to counseling institutions to make up lessons at night. This is the disadvantage of exam-oriented education. Scores have become children's labels, and great pressure has led to a morbid educational environment.

Legal basis of off-campus remedial classes;

The Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Summer for Primary and Secondary School Students", emphasizing the need to reduce the excessive schoolwork burden of students during the summer vacation. It is necessary to guide students to participate in social practice activities, go into nature, and carry out observation and inquiry learning. Parents should be guided not to blindly enroll their children in various cram schools, and students should be guided to independently and reasonably arrange the content and time of activities.

It is illegal to make up lessons outside school.
