According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Education Bureau has 8 internal organs:

(1) office

(4) Policies and Regulations Publicity Section

Comprehensively manage and guide the ideological and political work of the education system; To study the educational reform and development strategy and conduct policy research on major issues; To undertake the legal construction and administration according to law of the city's education system; Responsible for the publicity and education of relevant laws and regulations; To undertake the review of relevant normative documents, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of teachers; Responsible for the news propaganda of the education system, guiding the construction of network culture and network management; To guide the spiritual civilization construction of the city's education system; Responsible for the family planning work of bureaus and institutions directly under them, and guide the family planning work of the city's education system.

(5) Basic Education Section

(6) Department of Vocational and Adult Education (Department of Administrative Examination and Approval Services, Office of Private Education Management)

Overall management of secondary vocational education and adult education in the city; To guide the education and teaching of secondary vocational education and adult education; Guide the school's professional construction, curriculum construction, teaching material construction, practice training base construction and library and experimental equipment construction; To guide farmers' cultural and technical education, community education, staff education and eliminate illiteracy among young people; Participate in the development planning, structural adjustment, system reform and teacher team management of secondary vocational education and adult education; Participate in the formulation of the enrollment system for senior high school education and the policies and measures for exempting students from financial difficulties in secondary vocational schools from tuition fees and grants; Responsible for the enrollment plan, student status management, graduation certificate issuance and employment guidance of secondary vocational schools in the city.

To undertake the overall management and comprehensive coordination of all kinds of private education at all levels in the city; Formulate policies and measures to encourage and standardize the development of private education, coordinate and organize their implementation, and be responsible for supervising and inspecting the running direction and behavior of private middle schools; Responsible for the establishment and adjustment of private middle schools, participate in the examination and approval of the enrollment plan of private middle schools and the appointment of principals; To undertake the review and filing of enrollment brochures and advertisements of private middle schools; Guide the county education administrative departments to do a good job in the supervision and guidance of private educational institutions and schools below the second level.

(seven) safety education department (including sports and health work)

To guide the safety and stability of schools at all levels in the city's education system; Responsible for coordinating the comprehensive management of all levels and types of schools in the city's education system and the surrounding environment; Responsible for the inspection and supervision of the city's education system safety planning and the implementation of various safety laws, policies, systems and measures; To guide the construction of municipal school safety team; To guide the work of physical education, health and health education, art education, national defense education and safety education in schools at all levels of the city's education system; According to the provisions of the state and province, formulate relevant policies and teaching guidance documents for the above education; Plan and guide the construction of relevant teaching materials and teacher training; Guide and coordinate middle school and primary and secondary school students to participate in national and provincial sports competitions and art exchange activities; Supervise school food hygiene and public hygiene.
