The Outstanding Scholar Support Program is a conference organized by Renmin University itself, and the "Outstanding Teaching Center" is an award given by the Chinese and British governments to the host universities that have made outstanding contributions in studying abroad 3+2. The current honorary title is hnd of Beihang University. Since the project was undertaken by Beihang University, students have successively entered Oxford University, Imperial College London, London University of Economics and Political Science and other schools with excellent results.

Beihang 3+2 overseas study program was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Teaching Center" by Chinese and foreign governments.

The "Outstanding Scholar Support Program" of Renmin University is a work carried out by the school to obtain key support for key groups in the teaching staff and improve the structure of the teaching staff. The 3+2 teachers of the National People's Congress studying abroad are arranged by the Ministry of Education, including but not limited to the National People's Congress. The National People's Congress "Outstanding Scholars Support Program" has nothing to do with 3+2.
