The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made overall arrangements for promoting the construction of three powerful countries: education, science and technology and talents, and raised the strategic position and task of education to an unprecedented height. At the same time, it puts forward "coordinating the collaborative innovation of vocational education, higher education and continuing education, promoting the integration of production and education, science and education, and optimizing the positioning of vocational education types", and clarifies the objectives, paths and methods of vocational education reform and development.
