The transfer application needs 5 days for approval, and the transfer application procedures are generally put forward within 5 working days before the start of the new semester, or 5 working days before the end of the semester, and no later than 5 working days after the start of the semester. The transfer time of each district will be slightly different. Please check the relevant policy documents of each district, roughly before and after the start of school or before and after the end of the semester.

Parents first apply to the original school and print the transfer information form for primary and secondary school students. Parents should take this form to the compulsory education enrollment office in this district to go through the transfer formalities, and complete the transfer after registering in the corresponding school.
