This semester, more than a dozen teachers in our school have set up their own personal blogs, using this blog platform to collect and sort out their teaching materials and record their teaching reflections. There are also many teachers' papers that won the first and second prizes at or above the municipal level.
3. Encourage teachers to participate in the construction and research of micro-courses. This year, our school will combine community activities with the development and research of micro-courses. There are more than 20 clubs in our school, and each club requires tutors to customize their own content and teaching materials.
