Hoi-Lun Au is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the middle of Heilongjiang Province, north of Suihua City, north of Beilin District of Suihua City, north of Bei 'an City, 265,438+04 km south of Harbin City, 376km north of Heihe City and 268km west of Qiqihar City.
It enjoys the reputation of "six townships" such as the hometown of high-quality soybeans in China, the hometown of high-starch corn in China, the hometown of sweet mushrooms in China, the hometown of Chinese folk art, the hometown of beet in China and the hometown of goose breeding in China. It is the black soil selenium capital of China, an important national commodity grain base city.
It has jurisdiction over 23 townships, 5 sub-district offices,/kloc-0 provincial economic development zones, 2 state-owned farms and 6 state-owned forest farms, with a total area of 4,667 square kilometers and a population of 850,000 (at the end of 2020).
Helen belongs to the middle temperate zone, with long and cold winters and short and humid summers. Five rivers, such as Tongken River, Yinke River and Hailun River, cross the east and west, and five large and medium-sized reservoirs, such as Dongfanghong and Lianfeng, and more than 30 small reservoirs are dotted around.
The western plain is rich in soybean, corn, rice and other food crops and cash crops such as flax and flue-cured tobacco.
