The term "family education" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the positive education, guidance and influence of parents or other guardians on minors. Article 3 Family education should adhere to moral education, practice socialist core values, carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture, follow the law of physical and mental development of minors, respect their personal dignity, protect their legitimate rights and interests, and promote their all-round and healthy development.
Family education should highlight the following contents:
(1) Patriotism, ideals and beliefs;
(2) Life education and physical and mental health;
(3) Social morality, family virtue and personal morality;
(4) Knowledge of physiology, health, safety, law and science;
(five) life skills, behavior habits, labor literacy;
(six) other education that is conducive to the all-round development and healthy growth of minors. Fourth to promote family education, we should implement the working mechanism of family responsibility, school guidance, government promotion and social coordination. Article 5 Family education shall protect the privacy of minors and their families. Article 6 The week in which International Family Day is held on May 6th every year is the whole province's family education publicity week. Chapter II Family Responsibilities Article 7 Parents or other guardians are the main body of family education, and should fulfill their family education obligations and take direct responsibility for family education; Other adult family members living together should give help. Eighth parents or other guardians should strengthen their self-cultivation, establish a correct educational concept, learn the necessary family education knowledge and scientific educational methods, and improve their educational ability.
Couples during pregnancy, parents of infants and children, and parents of students should actively participate in public welfare family education and guidance activities carried out by relevant state organs, people's organizations, schools, residents' committees, villagers' committees and social organizations. Article 9 Families should establish a good family style, carry forward family virtues, attach importance to the construction of family civilization, and cultivate a positive family culture.
Family members should respect each other, care for each other and help each other to create an equal, harmonious and civilized family education environment. Article 10 Parents or other guardians should set an example, teach by example, educate and influence minors with healthy thoughts, good conduct and appropriate methods.
Parents or other guardians shall guide and accompany minors to participate in activities beneficial to their physical and mental health, ensure the time for minors to sleep, entertain and exercise, and shall not increase their learning burden.
Parents or other guardians should pay attention to the physical, psychological and intellectual development of minors, pay attention to their behavior habits and emotional needs, respect and understand their opinions and feelings, and prohibit domestic violence against them. Eleventh parents or other guardians should take the initiative to communicate with the school about the study, life and physical and mental health of minors, and cooperate with the school to do a good job in the education of minors. Twelfth parents or other guardians shall prevent and stop minors from committing the following acts:
(a) truant, stay, run away from home, addicted to the Internet, smoking, drinking, school bullying, fighting, theft, gambling, drug abuse, etc. ;
(2) Watching, reading, listening, collecting or disseminating network information, audio-visual products, electronic publications and reading materials that endanger national security, pornography, violence, obscenity, terror and gambling;
(three) to participate in feudal superstitious activities or accept religious extreme ideas;
(four) to participate in commercial activities harmful to their physical and mental health;
(five) other illegal or contrary to social morality. Thirteenth parents or other guardians should live together with minors and fulfill the responsibility of family education.
Parents or other guardians who cannot live with minors due to going out to work or other legitimate reasons shall perform the following obligations:
(a) entrust the guardianship duties to other adults with guardianship ability, and should listen to the opinions of minors and do psychological counseling when entrusting;
(2) Inform the residents' committees, villagers' committees and schools where the minors are located in a timely manner of the entrusted guardianship duties, places to go out, contact information and other information;
(three) keep in constant contact with the residents' committees, villagers' committees, schools and trust institutions where minors are located, and understand the life, study and physical and mental health of minors;
(four) to maintain daily communication with minors, at least once a week, and to reunite with minors regularly;
(5) Other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations. Article 14 Minors whose parents are divorced or separated shall continue to perform their family education obligations. One side should carry out family education, and the other side should cooperate.
Adoptive parents and stepparents who have formed a relationship of upbringing and education with their stepchildren shall fulfill their obligations of family education for underage foster children and stepchildren.
