A construction engineer must attend the training:
A construction engineer shall participate in continuing education and training:
1, all first-class builders whose registration period has exceeded three years or will soon be three years;
2. All first-class registered construction engineers (excluding first-class temporary registered construction engineers) who have been registered normally and newly;
3, all overdue (more than three years after obtaining the qualification certificate of a construction engineer) to apply for initial registration;
4. Any first-class constructor whose registration is invalid or cancelled shall apply for re-registration. The "Measures" also stipulates: "Registered construction engineers should participate in continuing education, receive training and testing in accordance with regulations, and those who do not participate in continuing education or fail to pass the continuing education will not be registered." In other words, the certificate cannot be used.
The concept of re-education of first-class architects;
Registered practice certificates are all valid, and continuing education must be carried out after the validity period, so must first-class builders. The first-class construction engineer registration is valid for 3 years, and continuing education must be carried out within the validity period. The purpose of continuing education is to enable first-class builders to master some new policies, new technologies and new management concepts, and to prevent managers' knowledge from aging.
Re-education subjects and time: Follow the Interim Measures for the Administration of Continuing Education of Registered Architects formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Syllabus of Compulsory Courses for Continuing Education of Registered Architects and the Syllabus of Elective Courses for Continuing Education of Registered Architects formulated by China Construction Association, China Installation Association and China Architectural Culture Center. The continuing education courses for first-class construction engineers include 60-hour compulsory courses and 60-hour elective courses, and construction engineers can concentrate or divide courses within three years after registration.
