Judging from the results of this questionnaire survey, the teacher that students care most about is characterized by "treating students equally". "Equal treatment of students" is the most popular choice for both primary school students and senior high school students (the second largest number of junior high school students), and it is also the most distinctive before entering 10. "Putonghua standard" is also an important teacher trait recognized by primary school students, junior high school students and senior high school students. Among the top teachers in 10, it ranks third among primary and high school students and first among junior high school students. In addition, "friendly attitude", "flexible teaching methods", "tolerant understanding of students", "good psychological quality" and "moderate homework" are also recognized as important teacher qualities by primary school students, junior high school students and senior high school students before entering 10 (see table 1).

In addition, "friendly attitude", "flexible teaching methods", "tolerant understanding of students", "good psychological quality" and "moderate homework" are also recognized as important characteristics of teachers in 10 primary school, junior high school and senior high school.
In addition to the same characteristics of ideal teachers, we also see that there are differences in the identification of teachers' characteristics among primary school students, junior high school students and senior high school students. For example, the item "knowledgeable" ranks fourth in the 10 of junior high school students and senior high school students, but has not yet entered the 10 of primary school students. In addition, students who are "good at motivation" rank first among senior high school students 10, and second and sixth among primary school students, but junior high school students don't think this is a very important teacher trait. Surprisingly, primary school students think that "loving their jobs" is a very important characteristic of teachers, but junior high school students and senior high school students don't think so.
