Emancipating the mind we are talking about is not imaginary, subjective and pursuing novelty, but breaking the traditional way of thinking and old ideas and innovating the old system that restricts the development of the school on the basis of deeply understanding the objective laws and accurately grasping the objective reality. Chapter III: Experience of University Discussion With the development of the times, how to become an excellent teacher is a problem worth thinking about all my life. A good teacher is not lifelong. Teachers should first make friends with students, establish a new relationship between teachers and students, and close the spiritual distance with students. Secondly, teachers should change their minds, communicate with them and become their good friends.

Focusing on the center of this year's school's "strengthening the countryside through education", we should look at our education with a critical eye, see where our advantages lie and see our shortcomings. Since I took part in this activity, I have been thinking: As a grass-roots ordinary policeman, what should I do in study and discussion? How can we do this study and discussion well? Through the study and discussion some time ago, I think as a grass-roots policeman, I should learn from the following three aspects:

First, focus on the theme.

The "big learning discussion" involves five aspects of learning content, with a lot of content. How to master these contents in a limited time? First of all, we should grasp the theme of "inspiring spirit, shaping image, strengthening quality and promoting development". It's like a ship sailing in the vast sea. With the guidance of the lighthouse, you won't lose your way. When the theme is clear, the thinking will be broadened.
