Educational teaching content and curriculum setting

According to the provisions of Article 35 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the education administrative department of the State Council shall formulate the teaching system, teaching content and curriculum according to the physical and mental development and actual situation of school-age children and adolescents. Schools and teachers should carry out educational and teaching activities in accordance with the determined educational and teaching contents and courses, so as to ensure that the basic quality requirements stipulated by the state are met.
