The Ministry of Education requires school leading cadres to be strict with themselves, take the lead in implementing the regulations, and earnestly assume management and supervision responsibilities; Teachers should vigorously carry forward the noble morality and consciously resist the unhealthy trend of accepting gifts from students and parents. The "Regulations" emphasize that for those who violate the rules and regulations, they should be found together and investigated together, and typical cases should be publicly notified and exposed by name. If the circumstances are serious, the teacher shall be dismissed according to the law and the teacher qualification shall be revoked; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling according to law.
