Public high schools are high schools approved by the state and recognized by the education department.
Public high schools must be registered by the provincial education administrative department, and private high schools must be approved by the education administrative department. The size of senior high schools in the same campus is no more than 60 classes and no less than 18 classes, and the average number of students in each grade is no more than 50 and no less than 35 (no less than 30 students in foreign language schools). The reporting standard is that the proportion of high school students in the number of students in school is not less than 40% in principle.
High school graduates need to apply for high school in the past two years. Among them, the second-level high school must declare the first-level standard for 4 years, and the third-level high school must declare the second-level standard for 3 years in principle. The time is calculated from the date of approval of the self-inspection education department. Those who are selected into the provincial high school curriculum reform base school can directly declare the first-class standard in the first-class standard high school annual declaration or evaluation year. High schools that fail to meet the standards directly declare the secondary standards, and the average score of the unified college entrance examination is not lower than the average level of the province in that year.
There are no D-class dangerous buildings in the school buildings, and there have been no major and above safety accidents, public health emergencies and major and major school food poisoning incidents in the past two years.
Schools can strictly implement education laws, regulations and policies, and abide by the requirements of the "five school-running norms". There are no phenomena such as unreasonable fees for education, unbalanced national curriculum, illegal subscription of teaching materials and supplementary materials, illegal cross-regional enrollment, and illegal remedial classes. Public ordinary high schools are not allowed to hold "school lieutenant colonel", "school middle class" and "repeat class" in violation of regulations.
