2. Reasonable fees: The fees of extracurricular tutoring institutions should be reasonable and should not exceed the fees set by the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education has not stipulated the charging standards for the projects, and the extracurricular tutoring institutions shall set reasonable prices according to the market supply and demand relationship and service quality, and shall not inflate the prices.

3. Transparent charges: extracurricular counseling institutions should provide detailed bills to parents, detailing the specific amount and calculation method of each fee to ensure that parents have a clear understanding of the charges. No compulsory consumption: extracurricular counseling institutions shall not force parents to buy other educational services or designated teaching materials and counseling materials in any way.

4. No disguised price increase: Extracurricular counseling institutions are not allowed to raise prices in disguise, such as charging extra fees in various names, or by increasing class hours and adjusting course content. Extra-curricular counseling institutions should establish and improve the regulations on refund of fees to ensure that parents can reasonably refund fees under special circumstances. Refund should be calculated according to the actual class situation and service usage.

5. Publicity of charging standards: Extracurricular counseling institutions should publicize charging standards in official website, physical stores and other places that are easy to refer to, so as to ensure that parents and students clearly understand the charging situation. No disguised price increase: extracurricular counseling institutions are not allowed to adjust the charging standards without authorization, and are not allowed to raise prices without reason or charge extra fees in disguise during the course.

6. Charge supervision: The Ministry of Education will strengthen the charge supervision of extracurricular counseling institutions, urge counseling institutions to abide by the regulations, and punish and rectify violations. Complaint handling: The Ministry of Education has set up complaint reporting channels. Parents and students may complain to the Ministry of Education if they encounter unreasonable charges or other problems, and the Ministry of Education will handle them according to laws and regulations.
