The four-month "Training of Primary School Teachers' Teaching Ability Improvement Project" is over. After half a month of theoretical study and three months of practice, I have learned something and gained something. 2. Obtained practical teaching skills and ideas. With all kinds of questions in teaching practice, I entered the training class. Among them, I still remember: Li's free exercise and effective guidance, especially the two exercise guidance classes brought by Teacher Li, made me feel deeply and benefited a lot; Teacher Zheng Mengru's "Primary School Chinese Extracurricular Counseling" tells the position and function of Chinese extracurricular reading in life and study, and thinks that I have established a new teaching concept, and reading is the best preparation for lessons. Teacher Li Chunxi's "Walking into the Lecture" gave me a glimpse of the true face of the lecture; Professor Min Xu's reflection on the effectiveness of classroom teaching under the background of curriculum reform made me understand that the classroom should be more pragmatic and pay attention to the effectiveness of the classroom. At present, we are facing the new curriculum reform under quality education. If teachers don't change and develop, there will be no room for survival. Teachers should keep learning and making progress. "Good teachers' quality is the guarantee of the success of quality education". A teacher is a guide for students to learn. What kind of work ideas and educational ideas teachers have will be directly reflected in all their work. Only by constantly learning, constantly accepting new ideas, enriching and perfecting our own educational and teaching ideas can we adapt to the ever-changing educational situation and teach outstanding students.
