He has served as a teacher, a Chinese teaching researcher in Weifang Adult Workers' Education and Teaching Research Office (concurrently deputy secretary-general of Shandong Workers' Technical Secondary School Chinese Teaching Research Association), chief of general education in Kuiwen District Education Bureau of Weifang City, a rural grassroots cadre, secretary-general of Weifang Municipal Committee of Jiu San Society, and deputy director of Weifang Municipal Committee Research Office of CPPCC (concurrently executive editor of Weifang CPPCC). He used to be the vice-chairman of Weifang Writers Association and other social posts, and from 2007 to 20 1 1 year, he also served as the vice-president of Selected Novels magazine.
