4. Registration requirements

The ratio between the number of people approved to take the exam and the number of people recruited for each position shall not be less than 3: 1. If the ratio does not reach 3: 1, the post will be adjusted or cancelled after the approval of the provincial personnel department.
(4) Examination and evaluation
1. written test
(1) The written test consists of public knowledge (political theory, educational laws and regulations) and professional knowledge, each accounting for 50%.
The scope of public knowledge examination is: the spirit of the relevant documents of the Seventeenth National Congress, the education law, the compulsory education law, the teacher law and the State Council's decision on the reform and development of basic education; Position 1 (middle school mathematics teaching and research researcher) professional knowledge examination scope is the teaching content required by mathematics textbooks, and position 2 (educational research researcher) professional knowledge examination scope is the basic knowledge of educational research.

(1) The interview mainly combines the requirements of the positions applied for, and assesses the comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, appearance and manners, adaptability, etc. of the candidates.
(2) The total interview score 100 is divided into two parts.
The interview contents of the discipline teaching and research staff are: collective interview assessment of the interview examiner group (40 points); Teaching category 1, assessed by the interviewer group (60 points).
The interview contents of educational researchers are as follows: (1) collective interview assessment of interview examiner group (40 points); The case analysis of educational research projects will be evaluated by the interviewer group (60 points).
(3) The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

3. Calculate the comprehensive score
Candidates' comprehensive scores are scored on a scale of 100, with 50% in written test and 50% in interview.
The interview results and comprehensive scores are published online in Guizhou Education.
Step 4 have a physical examination
According to the comprehensive scores of candidates from high to low, the physical examination must be carried out in the designated hospital according to the ratio of 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the standard stipulated in document No.4 [2005] of Guizhou Provincial Personnel Department and Guizhou Provincial Health Department.
Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to their comprehensive scores.
5. Comprehensive evaluation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively assessed by the office of open recruitment of new personnel in terms of ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and integrity. After passing the examination, it is determined to be the person to be hired.
(5) Publicity of recruitment results
The confirmed list of candidates to be hired will be published online in Guizhou Education for 7 days.
(6) Examination and approval by the Provincial Personnel Department.
After publicity without objection, the office will fill in the Approval Form for Registration of New Personnel in Institutions Directly under Guizhou Province, organize the personnel to be hired to fill in the Approval Form for Hiring Personnel in Institutions Directly under Guizhou Province or the Registration Form for Mobilizing Personnel in Guizhou Province, and submit the opinions to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Education Department after signing. The personnel department of the Provincial Department of Education shall submit the relevant materials to the leading group for deliberation in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and then submit them to the Provincial Department of Personnel for examination and approval.
