Li Rui, male, Han nationality, born in February 1977, holds a master's degree in party member, CPC, and is currently the deputy mayor of Yuxi Municipal People's Government and the director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. After research, this comrade is proposed to be a member of the Standing Committee of the State (city) Committee.

Yang Wenzhen, female, Han nationality, born in May 1972, graduated from party member, CPC. She is currently the director of the United Front Work Department of the provincial party committee and a first-class researcher. After research, this comrade is proposed to be a member of the Standing Committee of the State (city) Committee.

Lan Fawen, male, Han nationality, born in May 2005, 1982, master's degree, party member of the Communist Party of China, is currently the Director of the Customer Seventh Division of Fujian Branch of China Development Bank. After research, it is proposed to nominate this comrade as the candidate for vice governor (city).

Chen Jianjun, male, Han nationality, born in August 1979, holds a master's degree in party member, CPC, and is currently the director of the credit approval department of the Evaluation and Management Department of China Development Bank. Liu, male, Han nationality,1977/kloc-0, born in June, 2008, holds an in-service master's degree and is a member of NLD. He is currently the director of Kunming Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the chairman of NLD Kunming Municipal Committee. After research, it is proposed to nominate this comrade as the candidate for vice governor (city).

Wei Xu, male, Han nationality, born in July 1972, with a university degree, is currently the deputy secretary of the party group, deputy procurator-general and third-level senior prosecutor of Kunming People's Procuratorate. After research, this comrade intends to be nominated as a candidate for the procurator-general of the state (city) people's procuratorate.

Yu Wei, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1980, university degree, general manager of financial interbank department (asset custody department) of Nanchang Branch of China CITIC Bank. After research, it is proposed to nominate this comrade as the candidate for vice governor (city).

Feng Rui, male, Han nationality,1born in May 1978, graduated from party member, CPC, and is now the deputy secretary and county magistrate of Malipo County Committee. After research, this comrade intends to be the secretary of the county (city, district) Committee.
