The education in our vocational school is the secondary professional and technical personnel needed by the society. In the era of planned economy, we don't have to consider the employment of students after graduation. In the reality of modern market economy, different industries have different demands for talents, and the state no longer allocates human resources in a unified way, so many of our graduates have encountered the problem of employment difficulties after graduation. Because our teachers failed to care about and guide students' career planning in time, many of our graduates were bound by their majors and good work concepts and failed to find jobs. Through the training and study of career education, I reflect on the previous education in vocational schools and deeply feel the lack of attention to students' career education. The philosopher said, "People who know what they want can often get what they want." The purpose of our education should be to serve students' career, so our vocational school education should establish the concept of students' career education from beginning to end.

It is the duty of every vocational school teacher to carry out career education for students. On the one hand, from the moment students enter school, they will establish a sense of hard work and love, consolidate their professional ideas, let them fall in love with their majors and see their professional development prospects. On the other hand, it is also necessary to cultivate students' ability to learn relevant professional knowledge by themselves.

The truly vital vocational education is an education that wins at the starting point, faces the society, faces the future, faces life, pays attention to social development requirements and personal actual needs, and promotes students' lifelong development. The vital vocational education should be an education that pays attention to the development of every student and guides students to establish a good career plan. The trained students should not only engage in a lifelong career, but also be able to move as much as possible in various related majors and remember their self-study education.
