Wuyishan provides abundant resources for us to carry out artistic activities. Therefore, we make full use of local resources and promote local culture. After a period of trial and excavation, we found that choosing tea culture close to students and familiar with students as the content of artistic activities can not only satisfy students' curiosity about local culture, but also actively participate in research and experience the essence of local culture. After two academic years of practical research, our students have a preliminary perception and understanding of Wuyishan tea culture, and have a strong interest in artistic activities, and their aesthetic ability and appreciation ability have been improved accordingly. This semester, according to their age characteristics and hobbies, we carried out special teaching and research activities, tried different forms of expression to present different styles of works, and stimulated students' creative desire. Gradually improve children's painting level and aesthetic taste.
First, make full use of local resources to collect information and enrich students' experiences.
Rich experience is conducive to the development of artistic activities and the creative expression of art. Therefore, in the early stage of the project, we mobilized all available resources, including parents, students and society, to jointly collect the signs, history, production and sales of Wuyishan tea, and guided them to participate in the collection, classification and sorting, and finally displayed them on the project wall, inspiring students to observe, compare and communicate the unique shapes, color personalities and packaging diversity of various signs.
Second, carry out rich appreciation activities to provide information resources for students' artistic expression and creation.
Appreciation is conducive to promoting students' cognitive development, broadening their horizons and enriching their representation reserves; It is conducive to promoting the development of students' aesthetic ability, developing students' aesthetic feeling, shortening the distance from loving beauty to aesthetics, and obtaining spiritual pleasure and aesthetic enjoyment; It is conducive to promoting the development of students' creativity, generating interest, desire and the ability to express freely, thus stimulating students' internal creativity. This semester, we carried out the art appreciation of "Interesting Tea Talk" and "One-day Tour of Xiang Yan Tea Factory". The teacher briefly introduced the background of brand creation and the short story of the founder at that time to improve their appreciation enthusiasm.

In the first semester, a series of artistic activities were carried out, such as tea culture handwritten newspaper contest, handmade tea greeting cards, and line drawing of ancient buildings. 4. Shortcomings: After a semester of project development, the activity has achieved certain results, but there are still many shortcomings:

In the experiment of one semester, we have made some achievements in highlighting students' dominant position and letting students experience the happiness of learning.

Although the research has made some achievements, we deeply realize that as teachers, we should be good at absorbing the latest educational scientific achievements and actively applying them to teaching, which is effective and can better grasp the openness. 2. The practice is not mature enough. It shows that students can basically do it, but how to really let students experience the happiness of learning remains to be further studied next semester.

Under the care and guidance of school leaders, under the guidance of the school teaching and research section, and with the efforts of all the staff of the research group, the research group of "Countermeasures to improve the reading ability of senior primary school students" in our school has completed its scheduled tasks as planned after several months of work, which are summarized as follows:

The fourth is to carry out the "Investigation Report on Primary School Students' Reading". The purpose is to find out whether students like reading aloud. In view of the fact that most students don't like reading, they have no feelings when reading, or their mouths are not strict. In order to improve this situation and cultivate students' ability to love reading, independent reading and emotional reading, we have carried out a study on the countermeasures of primary school students' reading ability among fifth and sixth grade students, and now it has entered the stage of opening questions. In order to reflect the effectiveness of the experiment more scientifically and accurately, and provide a basis for future promotion, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the basic situation of reading aloud among the fifth and sixth grade students who participated in the experiment. Through the investigation, it is found that students nowadays like watching electronic products, playing games and not reading books. Some students even said, "I want to sleep when I see a book." "In classroom teaching, teachers seldom spend time guiding reading aloud; Teachers talk a lot, students learn independently, and they have less time to read independently. Students' dominant position in the classroom is not strong enough, which is often the "full house irrigation" of teachers. Slowly, the students changed from "seldom talking" to "not loving talking".
Through investigation, we believe that:

Through many discussions and discussions, the members of the research group have a new understanding of their own teaching, and feel that their educational concepts and teaching ability are still not suitable for the needs of the experiment. For example, learning curriculum standards, understanding students' actual level and establishing the real starting point of teaching are the keys to grasp the key points and difficulties of teaching materials.
Sixth, many project activities have been carried out. On June xxxx, 5438, in February, the research group launched a reading contest to inherit the classics of Chinese studies and carry forward the culture of the motherland. During New Year's Day, a new reading contest was held. From June to February, 5438, the research group carried out the micro-course teaching of ancient poetry reading, and the micro-course "Painting" by teacher Wang Huiying has been uploaded to the cloud education platform in Fujian Province. Through colorful project activities, teachers and students have gained a lot. Teachers' reading guidance level is improved and the theory is deepened; Students' reading ability has been greatly improved, and their interest in reading has become stronger and stronger.
Although some small achievements have been made in this semester's research work, there are still many shortcomings, such as insufficient theoretical research and many doubts in the experimental process. We will strengthen our study, sum up in time and study together in the future work, so that the teaching and scientific research work in our school will reach a new level.
