This is the second time for me to listen to Dr. Yu Shiwei's lecture, and it also benefited me a lot. The first time I learned about Yu Shiwei from my boss, I watched a video about him in the library with this task, but I was attracted by his content and temperament after listening for two minutes. Here I also talk about my different feelings again, which is also a reflection on myself.

In his third speech, he said, "I think," this is unacceptable. This is irresponsible. This sentence made me feel deeply. In my life, I often say this sentence to excuse myself. Actually, I think I still have a lot to learn. The first thing is to be responsible and pursue perfection, and try not to make mistakes from the beginning. It is human nature to make mistakes. Then, I should learn a lesson, take responsibility and stop making mistakes. Do everything with a sense of responsibility. Now I am a member of my family, and I will go out of society in the future. I should be responsible for myself and my family in college life.

Of course, we should not only be responsible in our work, but also pay attention to efficiency and results, and the results should be based on efficiency. Therefore, we should study more in our daily life and constantly enrich ourselves. As Dr. Yu said: When you are not busy, take the initiative to help others. In my freshman and sophomore life, I always thought I should stick to my own things, but the more problems I encountered. All the staff in our logistics department listened to the speech of the successful post and telecommunications manager in Yu Shiwei. After several days of listening carefully, I got a lot of inspiration. The following are my superficial feelings, which need leadership guidance.

First, in the process of work, constantly pursue effective methods.

Many people may have thought that after working for a period of time, they feel very busy and full. In retrospect, they think that the work efficiency is not very high and the effect is not ideal. When meeting or reporting to the leaders, they have nothing to say. This phenomenon shows that in our daily work, we are just too busy to have a clue. We do what we see and what we want. There is no distinction between primary and secondary problems and priorities, that is, we have never pursued effective methods in our work Dr. Yu pointed out the way forward for us. When we go to work every day, we will classify the work of the day, which can be divided into four categories according to the importance and urgency. A: It is very important and urgent. B: it's very important, there's no hurry; C: urgent, unimportant; D: not important, not urgent; Note: Important means far-reaching impact, and urgent means immediate treatment. If we can classify the work of one day and one month according to the appropriate basis, we will have rules to follow, and we will know the first thing to do, the second thing to do, what can be postponed and what can't be postponed, so that we will not be at a loss when we encounter many things.

In addition, we need to put our limited energy into effectiveness and efficiency in different proportions. Presumably, many people have been misled by the word "high efficiency" and think that doing things takes high efficiency as the first priority, so that they blindly pursue high efficiency regardless of the results of their work. Now Dr. Yu has given us a new warning. Inspired by many cases told by the doctor, I feel that when we are at work, we are not investing in our health, but in our enthusiasm for achieving our work goals, our impulse to do a good job, and our expectation of being responsible for achieving our long-term goals. If we can really reach this' ideological realm', we will not make excuses to our superiors because of negligence and mistakes, but will seize every opportunity to show our work attitude and spirit. As an employee, we should accept criticism and correction from others, and more importantly, we should not make repeated mistakes. There are standards for jobs and professionals. We should think about everything we do, every link, and check whether we do things according to standards or professionally. After listening to Yu Shiwei's lecture, I felt a lot and learned a lot of new knowledge, but I think the key is to understand it carefully and apply it to practical work.

Yu Shiwei mainly talked about four major points, namely, professional work skills, professional work image, professional work attitude and professional work ethics. Only with these four points can we become a professional team. If we are not professional enough, when our customers' knowledge, experience and needs exceed ours, we can't make our customers trust, so they won't buy our products. If an enterprise wants to last forever, it depends on every employee of ours.

First, maintain a sense of tension and passion at work, thus infecting other employees and driving them to ensure that they can complete all the work together.

Second, we should be diligent and be good at analysis and thinking. When encountering problems, we should analyze and think from multiple angles to find the best solution.

There are many solutions to a customer's complaint, so it is necessary to deeply understand the customer's needs, and formulate several schemes to compare and evaluate the company's services and the customer's W needs, and choose the best idea.

Third, we should have our own work plan, clearly know what we have to do every day, regularly assess our work and make a correct evaluation.

Fourth, spontaneous. Have a high sense of responsibility for work, deal with and solve problems automatically and spontaneously within their own responsibilities, and improve their ability to deal with problems independently. When we encounter difficulties in carrying out the work arranged by the leaders, we should try our best to solve them ourselves.

Fifth, pay attention to details and be meticulous in every link. Especially in some work of commodity procurement, we must be meticulous and not sloppy. Once an error occurs, it may directly cause economic losses to the company.

Sixth, strive for perfection. As the main leader of a department in charge of a shopping mall, we should have innovative thinking and look for inspiration in life. Learn to explore and discover new marketing trends.

Seven, have good interpersonal relationships. It is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation with various departments, especially departments. After reading Professor Yu Shiwei's lecture and thinking deeply, we can learn a lot from his words that we need to learn now and even in the future.
