For preschool teachers, attaching importance to and strengthening their own mental health care is not only a personal matter, but an important social obligation, because it is related to the healthy growth of the next generation. Children have strong imitation ability and fragile mind, so teachers should pay attention to the subtle influence of their words and deeds on children. Therefore, teachers should not ignore their feelings and endurance because they are young and not sensible. Kindergarten teachers should pay special attention to their words and deeds. Because a casual conversation and a careless mistake will cause great harm to children and become an important factor affecting their personality development. Preschool teachers should deeply reflect on their words and deeds, even what they always think is right, so as to avoid inadvertently hurting children's young hearts. From the reception in the morning, I will create a warm, caring and democratic psychological atmosphere for my children.
