Article 7 The general procedures for applying for reasonable convenience include:
(1) Disabled candidates who sign up for the college entrance examination and apply for reasonable convenience shall submit a formal written application in accordance with the time, place and method stipulated by the provincial entrance examination institutions.
The contents of the application shall include my basic information, disability, the reasonable convenience of the application and the articles I need to carry with me, and provide a copy (scanned copy) of my second-generation and above "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card" and a valid identity document stipulated by the provincial entrance examination institution.
(II) The entrance examination institutions are responsible for accepting and reviewing the formal applications submitted by disabled candidates who take the examinations locally, and organizing expert groups composed of professionals from relevant entrance examination institutions, disabled persons' federations, health and other relevant departments.
