1. If the parked vehicle is found within the jurisdiction of the municipal government, you can report it directly to the traffic police. At this time, the traffic police will contact the owner to tow the vehicle according to the information registered by the owner in the vehicle management office, and educate and punish the owner's illegal behavior;

2. If the parked vehicles are found in public places such as residential areas or large shopping malls, you can directly complain to the property or administrator;

3. If the parked vehicle is found in the parking area of the company, enterprise or government agency, you can call the logistics security office of the enterprise or unit to report it.

The penalties for illegal parking are as follows:

1. If a motor vehicle is parked in violation of the regulations, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ may paste a notice of illegal parking, record the illegal behavior with electronic monitoring equipment, and obstruct the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, and may tow the motor vehicle to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or park it at a designated place, and impose a fine on the illegal driver in 200 yuan;

2 motor vehicles in violation of the provisions of the temporary parking, a fine in 200 yuan;

3. If the motor vehicle is parked or temporarily parked in a place without parking signs and markings, it will be fined 100 yuan, and 3 points will be recorded.

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

No parking is allowed in the road section without parking signs and markings, in the road section with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, as well as crosswalks and construction sections;

No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp bends, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

In front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and within 30 meters from the above-mentioned places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

Before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, and motor vehicle drivers should not leave the car, get on or off personnel or load and unload goods, and leave immediately;

City buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station to get on and off passengers.
