After I became the director, I had the honor to participate in the 4th1kindergarten director qualification training organized by Longgang Continuing Education School and Jiangmen Kindergarten School. I gained a lot during my study. The leaders of continuing education schools know the needs of directors very well and provide us with targeted training packages. The important factor for the vigorous development of preschool education is the quality of education. The key to running a kindergarten well and improving the overall quality of education lies in the director. In a way, a good director is a good director. As the head of the kindergarten, we are well aware of the heavy responsibility, and we are glad to have such a learning opportunity this time. Through this theoretical study, we personally feel great, benefit a lot, and inspire me greatly. This time, teachers from Jiangmen Kindergarten School gave us theoretical and practical training. Theoretically, through training, the directors have a deeper understanding of the guiding outline of kindergarten education and the innovative operation management of kindergarten, and have made clear how to guide teaching with advanced educational concepts, thus improving their theoretical literacy and various abilities. Practice part: In order to apply the learned educational theory to educational practice and truly understand the connotation of the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education, special lectures and on-site discussions were arranged according to the actual situation of the director.

This study made me understand that preschool education must be reformed in depth, from concept to ability, both in theory and practice. Therefore, only by further improving the level of preschool education team can we fundamentally improve the quality of preschool education and successfully meet the challenge of 2 1 century. In gardens, firstly, the thoughts, behaviors and styles of the directors can affect the overall situation. As the director, she is responsible for the management of the whole park from three aspects: education, conservation and logistics.
