Education bureaus and schools in all districts should further enhance their awareness of political responsibility, take strict implementation of the education charging policy as an important embodiment of observing political discipline and rules, and ensure that national policies and charging discipline are put in place. It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of laws and regulations regulating fees and strictly implement the publicity system of education fees.
It is necessary to continue to intensify the investigation and punishment of arbitrary charges in education and implement "zero tolerance" for arbitrary charges in education. Found together, investigated together, never tolerated, never allowed to happen again.
Service charge: meals. Agency fee: textbook fee, supplementary materials fee, entrance examination fee and basic medical insurance fee.
All students enrolled in public schools in the compulsory education stage are exempted from miscellaneous fees and textbook fees, and boarding students with financial difficulties are given living expenses subsidies. At the same time, students attending public schools in rural compulsory education are exempt from accommodation fees.
The system of "one subject and one supplement" is implemented for the cost of teaching materials, that is, in any learning stage of primary and secondary schools, only one set of teaching materials is recommended to students in one subject. Teaching materials are managed according to the principle of "unified catalogue of the whole province, recommended versions of cities and counties, supervision and management of cities and counties, and voluntary purchase by students".
All the supplementary materials entering the campus must be appraised by the appraisal committee of supplementary materials for primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province. Schools can only buy them from the catalogue of appraisal announcements of supplementary materials for primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province, and students may not be forced to buy them or make profits from them.
It is strictly forbidden to recommend students to order books, newspapers, magazines and other learning materials outside the catalogue of teaching AIDS. The winter and summer vacation exercise books and classroom exercise books are incorporated into the teaching aid material fees, and are no longer regarded as separate charging items. Cancel the blank copy fee, and parents can buy it by themselves as needed.
