What is experimental pedagogy?
This topic examines the first chapter of pedagogy-introduction to pedagogy-the development of pedagogy-the part of pedagogy after the 20th century. Answer in three parts.

(1) Introduction: Experimental pedagogy rose at the end of 19 and the beginning of the 20th century. Theoretical experimental pedagogy uses the experimental methods of natural science to study children's development and its relationship with education, and its representatives are German educational psychologists Man Mei and Rai.

(2) Claim content:

① Oppose speculative pedagogy and think that the traditional pedagogy represented by Herbart is unscientific and divorced from reality.

② Apply the methods and conclusions of experimental psychology to pedagogy research.

③ Advocating the use of comparative method, experimental method and statistical method to conduct educational research, and taking experimental data as the basis of course teaching content and education system reform.

④ Advocating educational experiments in real school environment and teaching practice.

(3) Evaluation

① It is considered that quantitative research is the paradigm of pedagogy research in Germany and even the world in the 20th century, which greatly promoted the development of educational science.

(2) Too much emphasis on quantitative methods, as scientism, went astray and was criticized by cultural pedagogy.

If it is a short answer or a noun explanation, the above answer is enough. The essay questions need to be combined with actual arguments, and the number of words should basically be doubled.
