AISI English Network (24EN.COM or ACEEN.COM) was founded by English scholar Zhou Yuliang in August 2003. Aisi comes from the English word ACE, emphasizing the construction of a high-quality online English learning platform; Aisi is also a homonym of 24, which means a 24-hour online English learning platform.

Aisi has richer meaning and connotation in Chinese, which fully embodies the core concept of Aisi English, emphasizes love and thought, and creates a caring and thoughtful network platform to serve caring and thoughtful foreign language learners. In other words, AISI is not only an online English learning platform, but also beyond English learning itself (24EN, not just English learning).

Public welfare development center

Ace Youth Development Center was established on 20 1 1, and was initiated by experts, scholars and social leaders from Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences, former director of Institute of Sociology, Taiwan Province University President Yan Feng, Hong Kong youth leader Li Jialun, Taiwan Province senior social worker Jiang Gen and Chinese mainland English education expert Zhou Yuliang. The center was officially registered as a private non-enterprise organization in Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau on October 9, 20 13.
