Chapter IV Name Registration

Fifteenth applicants for the national postgraduate entrance examination must meet the following conditions:

(1) People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) citizen.

(two) support the leadership of China, good moral character, law-abiding.

(3) Physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

(four) the academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before September of that year 1.

2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.

3. Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to September of the year of admission 1, the same below) and above, graduated with the diploma recognized by the state, and meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of the unit, shall sign up for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.

4. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

Sixteenth people who sign up for the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination shall follow the following provisions.

(a) to sign up for the law (illegal) professional postgraduate entrance examination, you should meet the following conditions:

1. meets the requirements of article 15.

2. The major you studied before entering the exam is non-law major (graduates of law major [code 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and self-taught law graduates are not allowed to enter the exam).

(two) the personnel who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) shall meet the following conditions:

1. meets the requirements of article 15.

2. The major you studied before entering the exam is law (only law graduates [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and law graduates in the form of self-study exams can enter the exam).

(3) Persons who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination of business administration, public administration, engineering management, tourism management, project management in master of engineering, education management in master of education and master of physical education must meet the following conditions:

1. meets the requirements of items (1), (2) and (3) of Article 15.

2. Persons with more than 3 years' working experience after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.

At the same time, the MBA postgraduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Postgraduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).

(4) Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than law (illegal study), law (law), business administration, public administration, project management, tourism management, project management in master of engineering, education management in master of education and competition organization in master of physical education shall meet the requirements in Article 15.

Seventeenth people who sign up for individual examinations shall meet the following conditions:

(a) meet the requirements of Article 15 (1), (2) and (3).

(2) Having worked continuously for more than 4 years after obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree, having excellent business, having published research papers (technical reports) or having become the backbone of the business, being recommended by two experts with senior professional titles and approved by the unit where the candidates work; Or work for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree, and the business is excellent. With the consent of the unit where the candidate works and recommended by two experts with senior professional titles, he is employed in this unit.

The enrollment unit shall not limit the scope of students in separate examinations by unit, industry or region, nor shall it set other discriminatory conditions for entering the examination.

Eighteenth candidates who have obtained the qualification of exemption recommendation must log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Exemption of Excellent Undergraduate Graduates" (website: /tm) to fill in their volunteers and take part in the re-examination. Students who fail to implement the receiving unit according to the specified date will no longer retain the exemption qualification. Students who have been admitted by the admissions unit are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.

The measures for recommending and accepting students who are exempt from the test shall be formulated and promulgated by the recommending schools and receiving units in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. All students who enroll students without examination have the right to choose their own enrollment units and majors according to the enrollment policy. All recommended places in the school (except special projects with special policy requirements) can be recommended to other enrollment units. All disciplines (categories) and majors (fields) that can be accepted by fresh graduates in accordance with the regulations can accept students who are exempt from examination.

Article 19 Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. Candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online at the registration site, confirm the online newspaper information and collect relevant electronic information such as their own images, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.
