The leading cadres in party member, from senior officials to prisoners, have the same characteristics. They were not corrupt from the beginning. At first, they all had correct ideals, beliefs and lofty aspirations, and they all had extraordinary achievements. However, due to the change of status and power and the pursuit of high-quality life, they gradually lost their moral bottom line, changed their ideological beliefs and weakened their party spirit under the subtle corrosion of various bribers. Their world outlook, values and outlook on life are distorted, and even some senior officials have changed from the initial bribers to bribers, and finally become sinners and prisoners of the people. It is not difficult to see from their depravity track that once the gate of greed is opened, greed will burst its banks like a flood and the abyss will open.

From this, I clearly realize that anti-corruption must be alarmed. As the secretary of the grass-roots Party branch, we should always remind ourselves that we should always keep in mind party member standards, abide by party rules and discipline, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences" and achieve the "two maintenance". Strictly abide by political discipline and rules, implement the party's theory, line, principles and policies, follow organizational procedures, obey organizational decisions, and ensure that orders are prohibited.

From leading cadres to prisoners, it is often a step difference, and then there is the difference between this idea and one step, which makes people regret it for life. As media people in the new era, we shoulder the mission of deep media integration, reform and development. In the future work, we must resolutely do the following:

First, strengthen your faith and keep in mind the purpose of serving the people. We should consciously reform ourselves and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. In the world outlook, we should have firm communist ideals and beliefs. The second is to strengthen learning and constantly improve the ability to resist corruption and change. Learning is a pursuit, a responsibility and an ability of leading cadres, and it is the capital to grasp the direction, control the overall situation and perform their duties. Only by studying political theory knowledge hard, improving ideological consciousness and realm, broadening horizons and applying what you have learned can we correctly judge political right and wrong, theoretical right and wrong, and distinguish false ugliness, truth, goodness and beauty; Only in this way can we find out how people live is valuable and meaningful.

The third is to set an example and consciously accept the supervision of the party and the masses. Honesty and self-discipline are the key to opposing corruption and strengthening the construction of a clean and honest party style. Whether leading cadres can set an example is very important for strengthening the construction of party style and clean government and promoting the in-depth development of the anti-corruption struggle. We must establish a correct view of power and a scientific view of development. Power must be for the benefit of the masses, and never for the personal gain of individuals or a few people. Leading cadres should be strict with themselves, fair and strict, so as to convince the masses of the organization and establish a good party style, political style and social atmosphere.

Third, we should be leaders in fighting corruption and promoting honesty.

Party member must obey in action, and will never be allowed to make public statements that run counter to the central decision, spread opinions that run counter to the Party's line, principles and policies, create and spread political rumors, and engage in "policies from above, countermeasures from below".

The third is to take the lead in implementing the party's rules and regulations for building a clean government. In socialist China, there are no special citizens before the law and no special party member before the party discipline. A cadre in party member, no matter how high his position or power is, can't escape the severe punishment of party discipline and state law as long as he breaks the law, and those who try to break the law will die. Party member cadres, especially leading cadres, should actively safeguard the seriousness of party discipline and state law, restrain themselves with the Constitution and laws, and regulate themselves with the discipline of party constitution and the Party, so as to further improve the party style and social atmosphere with practical actions. In particular, we must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of honesty and self-discipline, work hard, manage the details well, resist the temptation, and be a clean and honest person.
