China Exchange Association (ACES) is an American educational institution, registered in North Carolina and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA. In 2003, he entered China, headquartered in Beijing, with branches in China, Shanghai, Tianjin and Jinan. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinan Aiyusi Information Consulting Co., Ltd. has the qualification of self-funded study abroad agency issued by the Ministry of Education of China.

ACES is composed of professional teachers who graduated from Harvard University, Duke University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other famous American and Chinese universities. ACES has 30 years of rich experience in ESL and TOEFL teaching, American university application and transfer application from prestigious universities, and helps hundreds of Chinese and American students enter Ivy League universities and other prestigious American universities every year.

ACES is committed to cultural and educational exchanges between the United States and China. ACES organizes academic exchange visits and teacher-student exchanges between educational institutions in China and the United States every year, and holds lectures on American higher education and China culture in the United States and China, respectively, to help realize the interactive exchange of education between the United States and China.
