Mingde School, founded on 20 14, is an ordinary high school directly under the Municipal Education Bureau approved by Huaihua Municipal Education Bureau. 2. Huaihua Railway No.1 Primary School is directly under the jurisdiction of Huaihua Education Bureau. It is a public full-time complete primary school with a six-year schooling. Chinese is used in schools, and Putonghua and standardized characters are promoted.

3. Huaihua City Center Special Education School is directly under the management of Huaihua Education Bureau.
