Li Xintai, male, was born in May, 1947, and his native place is Huantai County, Shandong Province. Graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, he is currently a member of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the executive vice president of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, and a professor of party building. He is a member of the leading group for Party building in Shandong Province, the head of the research base for Party building in Shandong Province, the director of the academic committee of the Party School of Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the invited researcher of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents Theoretical Research Center in Shandong Province.
