Executive director. The principal of a special education school is the administrative person in charge of the school. The headmaster shall have and meet the qualifications and post requirements stipulated by the state and perform the duties stipulated by the state. The principal is appointed or employed by the school sponsor or the higher authorities of the sponsor; Vice-principals, teaching directors and other personnel shall be nominated by the principal and appointed or employed according to the relevant provisions of authority and procedures.
