Dragons, turtles and unicorns. According to the allusions of Dongyang City, Dongyang Three Dragons and One Phoenix is a famous stone carving work in the Southern Song Dynasty. This work shows four spirits in ancient China culture, namely dragon, phoenix, tortoise and unicorn. Dragon represents the east, phoenix represents the south, turtle and unicorn represent the west and north. Therefore, the three dragons in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province refer to dragons, turtles and Kirin.
