III. Contents of activities
1. Promote mental health knowledge. Vigorously publicize mental health knowledge, actively advocate healthy and harmonious school culture, organize students to carry out ideological and psychological exchanges and communication in a planned and purposeful way, and popularize mental health knowledge by means of wall newspapers, radio and billboards, so that students can understand psychological abnormalities.
2. Conduct lectures on mental health education. Invite off-campus experts and full-time teachers of mental health education to hold special lectures to deeply analyze and explain some outstanding mental health problems among students, so that students can understand simple psychological adjustment methods, master common sense of mental health care, and help students grow up psychologically healthily.
3. Carry out mental health education and training. Organize different forms of training activities to improve teachers' awareness and ability to create a good teacher-student relationship and a harmonious class atmosphere. Organize systematic learning activities of mental health knowledge and family education methods, guide parents to establish correct family education concepts, and improve parents' awareness of psychological counseling for their children.
4. Carry out special mental health activities. Organize psychological film appreciation, psychological drama exhibition, psychological salon and other activities to decompress and adjust students' psychology, further strengthen primary and secondary school students' understanding of mental health knowledge and help students solve some specific psychological problems.

1. Improve ideological understanding. All units should further unify their thinking, fully understand the importance and urgency of strengthening mental health education in primary and secondary schools, attach great importance to the organization of mental health month activities, and ensure the implementation effect of the activities. This work is included in the moral education assessment.
2. Make plans scientifically. All units should formulate feasible activity plans, which should be planned, process-oriented, effective and evaluative, and organize activities around students' self-awareness, healthy psychology, social interaction and career development, so that every student can benefit from the activities.
