How to prevent colds: lecture notes for kindergarten classes.
First of all, talk about textbooks.

It is pointed out in the Outline that it is necessary to educate children to love cleanliness, pay attention to hygiene, keep personal and living places clean and hygienic, carry out safety, nutrition and health education in close connection with children's lives, and improve children's awareness and ability of self-protection. Autumn is a season of frequent colds. This lesson aims to let children know how to prevent colds, understand the basic knowledge of preventing colds and understand the importance of good health. At the same time, I hope that after learning, children will know more about hygiene, love cleanliness and do more exercise to keep colds away from themselves.

Second, oral teaching methods

In this class, I mainly use the methods of guidance, inspiration to questioning method, discussion, interaction and situational teaching, so that children can master the methods of preventing colds. In the teaching process, teachers mainly play a guiding role. In addition, this class is a bit boring for children, so in order to improve children's interest, I designed a fairy tale about a little pig DuDu who got the flu because he didn't pay attention to hygiene, so that children can master the methods of preventing colds in interesting stories.

Third, theoretical study.

Ask the children to learn this lesson through discussion, performance and interaction. In this class, children's dominant position should be highlighted, and teachers should guide children to actively discuss, speak and summarize in activities, so as to truly master the methods of preventing colds.

Fourth, talk about teaching procedures.

The teaching plan is mainly designed from the activity goal, activity focus, activity difficulty, activity preparation and activity process.

I designed four main activities of this lesson:

1, by learning this lesson, let the children know that they are very uncomfortable after catching a cold.

2. Understand the importance of health.

3. Understand the basics. Tips for preventing colds.

4. Develop a good habit of paying attention to hygiene.

The focus of this lesson is to let children know the common sense of preventing colds.

The difficulty of this lesson is: how to make children develop and maintain good hygiene habits in daily life and prevent colds and other diseases.

The preparation for this course is:

1, some slide pictures of colds and how to prevent colds and wash your hands.

2, the story tape "Little Pig DuDu" (the story of Little Pig DuDu suffering from a cold. )

3. Understand the symptoms of family members' colds before class.

I designed four links in the course of this class:

The first link is to let children know how they feel after catching a cold.

The second link is to let children know why people catch a cold.

The third link is to let children know how to prevent colds.

The fourth link is that the teacher summarizes and extends the activities, so that the children can take the knowledge they have learned home.

Moreover, in order to arouse children's interest, I first let them walk into the activity room with the music of Bath Song, telling them to pay attention to hygiene, do more exercise and strengthen their physique, which can prevent colds. Then proceed to the first link.

The first link is to let children know the feeling of catching a cold. First, the teacher shows some slide pictures of a cold, so that the children can observe what is going on with the people in the pictures. Through observation, the children told them that the person in the picture caught a cold. The teacher told the children that autumn and winter or winter and spring alternate, and the temperature difference is large. If people don't pay attention, they will catch a cold easily. Then they ask the children if they or their families have a cold, and what feelings or symptoms they have. After a free discussion, they named their children and talked about their feelings and symptoms when they caught a cold. The teacher told him how he felt when he caught a cold, pointing out that he was very uncomfortable after catching a cold. He asked the children to sum up the symptoms of a cold by themselves: fever, sore throat, cough and sneezing, which made people feel uncomfortable, and he could add some points. Sometimes, in severe cases, he will have a high fever, causing meningitis and rhinitis. Children can't go to kindergarten, and adults can't go to work or work in the fields. Through this link, let the children know that they are uncomfortable after catching a cold and understand the importance of good health.

The second link is to let children know why people catch a cold or highlight their dominant position. Let the children discuss freely and tell why people catch a cold, and then the teacher and the children will sum up together: if you don't talk about hygiene, don't like eating, and don't pay attention to adding clothes when the weather changes, you are easy to catch a cold.

The third link is to let children know how to prevent colds, which is also the main link of this class. It is still based on children's discussion, interaction and performance, highlighting children's dominant position, and teachers are only supporters, collaborators and guides.

Let the children know that there is a reason for the cold through the second part of the study, so can this cold be prevented? Children discuss, speak freely and say what they think can prevent colds. The teacher encouraged them, and then the teacher and the children summed up the ways to prevent colds. Every time the child says one, the teacher will put the corresponding slide pictures to prevent colds. If it is missing, the teacher will add a few more. Finally, while playing back the slides, summarize the ways to prevent colds with your children:

(1) Windows are often opened for ventilation, even in winter. (2) Wash your hands frequently and pay attention to hygiene. (3) Drink plenty of boiled water. (4) exercise. (5) Add clothes in time. (6) When a cold is prevalent, avoid going to crowded public places.

Finally, the teacher stressed that we must keep these good habits to prevent colds, so that we won't be afraid of any kind of cold. In this place, we will design a fairy tale of "Little Pig DuDu", which leads to influenza A (H 1N 1) through the story of Little Pig DuDu suffering from influenza A.

I designed this place like this: You know what, son? In the forest, a little pig named DuDu got a disease called influenza A (H 1N 1) because he didn't like hygiene. How did he get it? Now let's listen to the story "Little Pig DuDu" (play the recorded story). After listening, ask the children to discuss: Why did Little Pig DuDu catch a cold? Guide the children to discuss and summarize: Piggy Dudu doesn't pay attention to hygiene, doesn't like activities, and likes to go to crowded public places, such as supermarkets and playgrounds, so he has the flu.
