(a) examination regulations, policies, procedures and business norms;
(2) the type of examination;
(3) the applicants, their registration conditions, time, place, methods and relevant procedures;
(four) examination subjects and examination schedule;
(five) the basis, standards and methods of examination fees;
(six) other matters that should be informed to the candidates.
Article 19 The national education examination takes the area under the jurisdiction of the people's government of a county (autonomous county) as the examination area. The change of the examination area is decided by the College Admissions Committee of the Municipal People's Government (Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee).
The examination area should strengthen the standardized construction of test sites and examination rooms, establish a strict management system and supervision mechanism for examination style and discipline, effectively prevent examination irregularities and maintain the order of examination rooms.
Article 20 The people's governments of counties (autonomous counties) shall set up test sites according to national requirements and conditions, and each test site shall set up a number of examination rooms, which shall be reported to the municipal education examination institutions for the record.
Article 21 Institutions of higher learning and secondary schools shall assist educational examination institutions to do the following work:
(a) in accordance with the requirements of the education examination institutions to send personnel to participate in the proposition, patrol examination, invigilation, invigilation and examination paper review;
(two) in accordance with the requirements of the education examination institutions, do a good job in the security work of the test center, examination room and marking field;
(3) Investigating and collecting evidence of examination irregularities;
(four) other related work of the national education examination.
Article 22 National education examinations shall be conducted in a unified manner within the prescribed time.
Due to force majeure, the national education examination cannot be conducted on time and the examination time needs to be postponed. Municipal education examination institutions shall be submitted to the national education examination management department for approval before implementation.
Candidates should enter and leave the examination room according to the prescribed time.
Twenty-third national education examination need to enable sub-topic examination, the municipal education examination institutions reported to the national education examination management department for approval before implementation.
Twenty-fourth test sites should strengthen the supervision and management of the examination process, each examination room should be equipped with invigilators according to regulations, and mobile invigilators should be attached to the examination room. The invigilator shall implement the system of avoidance, communication and rotation.
The test area shall, in accordance with the unified technical specifications and requirements, establish a monitoring system in the test center and examination room to prevent illegal examinations.
Twenty-fifth city and county (Autonomous County) education examination institutions shall implement the duty, inspection and reporting system during the national education examination.
Twenty-sixth the following acts should be recognized as cheating in the exam:
(1) Taking the exam with written materials related to the exam content or storing electronic equipment related to the exam content;
(2) Entrainment, plagiarism, transfer and alteration of examination papers in the examination;
(3) taking the test instead of others, taking the test instead of others or organizing personnel to take the test instead of others;
(four) the use of communication tools to organize, plan or implement the transmission of examination information such as questions and answers;
(5) Disseminating and selling examination questions, examination papers, answers and grading references during the confidentiality period;
(six) other acts that should be recognized as cheating according to state regulations.
