The driver's license is still in the internship period and you can't drive. According to the regulations of China Transportation Management Department, drivers with C 1, C2, C3 small car driver's licenses need to go through an internship period of 12 months, during which they are not allowed to engage in online car rental and other driving work. After the internship expires, you can apply to become a network car driver with the corresponding quasi-driving model and service qualification certificate. Therefore, if your driver's license is still in the internship period, it is recommended to wait until the internship period expires before applying to become a network car driver.

The initial application for motor vehicle driving license is as follows:

1. The applicant shall bring the required materials to the motor vehicle driver training institution in this Municipality for registration. By the motor vehicle driver training institutions to the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office branch acceptance window for the first time to apply for a motor vehicle driver's license.

2. After the applicant passes the initial test, the vehicle management office will issue a learning driving certificate (valid for three years) within one working day. Applicants should complete the examinations of subject 2 and subject 3 within the validity period. If the examination is not completed within the validity period, the scores of subjects that have passed the examination are invalid.

3. After the applicant has passed the examinations of subject 1, subject 2 and subject 3 in turn, the vehicle management office will make a motor vehicle driver's license within one working day, educate the applicant on common sense of traffic safety and civilized driving and warning of traffic accident cases, take an oath before obtaining the license, and issue a motor vehicle driver's license.

To sum up, the driver's license internship period is not allowed to open the network to get a car. According to the regulations, the passenger bus can only be opened after the internship period.

The state practices a motor vehicle registration system. Motor vehicles can only be driven on the road after being registered by the traffic management department of the public security organ. If an unregistered motor vehicle needs to travel on the road temporarily, it shall obtain a temporary pass permit.

Article 9

To apply for motor vehicle registration, the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted:

(a) the identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle;

(2) Proof of the origin of the motor vehicle;

(3) The factory certificate of the whole motor vehicle or the import certificate of the imported motor vehicle;

(four) vehicle purchase tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate;

(5) Other certificates and vouchers required by laws and administrative regulations when registering motor vehicles. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall complete the examination and verification of motor vehicle registration within five working days from the date of accepting the application, and shall issue the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license to those who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph; If the applicant does not meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall explain to the applicant the reasons for not registering. Except as otherwise provided in this Law, no unit or individual other than the traffic administrative department of the public security organ may issue motor vehicle number plates or require motor vehicles to hang other number plates. The style of motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license shall be stipulated and supervised by the public security department of the State Council.
