Intellectual errors, improper guidance, full of water, unable to answer students' questions, or a state of liberalism in lectures are mostly caused by teachers' insufficient preparation for lessons. Teaching plan is a teaching design, which should have ideas, goals, processes, teaching methods and arrangements of all links, instead of transferring the contents of teaching materials to teaching plans.
