Organizers can cooperate with educational institutions in our city to run schools, or they can run schools alone or in other forms. Where all kinds of private educational institutions are held in this city, all relevant procedures are implemented in accordance with the Regulations on Running Schools by Social Forces promulgated by the State Council and the Provisional Regulations on the Management of Running Schools by Social Forces in Urumqi. Article 3 All kinds of educational institutions shall not be established for profit, but the organizers are allowed to gradually recover the investment cost and make appropriate profits. The main part of school income is used to improve school conditions and the treatment of teaching staff. Allow public schools and private schools to unite to complement each other and share resources to support the development of private schools. Article 4 Private schools that expand the land for running schools and build teaching facilities, dormitories for teachers and students and other facilities related to education and teaching can enjoy the same relief policies as public schools, such as land acquisition and fund matching.
