In the face of modern primary school students who are mostly only children, immature in thinking, vague in ambition and have not yet developed good habits (the object of our training), the most primitive and effective way of moral education for class teachers is to start with small things, start with details and pay attention to details education. Let every student, like a mirror, often clean the hut; Don't aim too high, don't ask for big abandon small; Pay attention to every detail in life and do every little thing that can be done well around you; Pursue carefulness, carefulness and virtue.

Primary school is an important period for students to develop good study habits. Ye Shengtao, a famous educator, once said, "What is education? In a simple sentence, it is to develop good habits. " Good study habits can lay a good foundation for primary school students' lifelong learning and benefit people for life. I focus on the goal of seeking truth and pay attention to details. 1. Clear meaning and stimulate motivation.
Self-education ability is formed by students in the process of self-education activities, so it is very necessary for students to maintain self-education. I make full use of class and morning check-up time to guide students to observe reality, experience life and constantly improve self-education activities. At the same time, it also made me realize that to grasp the teaching quality, we must start with grasping the students' behavior habits.
2. Make a plan and make a clear goal.
According to the age structure and psychological characteristics of students, our class determines the goal of forming students' behavior habits and the content and focus of training. There are three main aspects of training, namely, the goal of forming healthy habits, the goal of forming behavioral habits and the goal of forming study habits.
3. Establish rules and regulations to standardize words and deeds.
The cultivation of good behavior norms can not be completed by several times of education and activities, but needs the persistence of teachers and students.
I made a duty system: the young cadres in this class are responsible for checking the "five events" every day, mainly the students' behavior, making records in time, doing a good job in education, summing up the work for a week, really starting from the details and implementing the code of conduct.
(1) Health
Sanitation, cleaning and maintenance. Students on duty can insist on arriving at school early and thoroughly clean indoor and outdoor sanitation. There is no sanitary corner and garbage in classrooms and health areas. Door and window glass should be kept clean all day, free of any dust, and there should be no waste paper, beverage boxes, plastic bags, toilet paper and other garbage on the indoor and outdoor floors. After hard work, students can basically achieve five noes: no scraps of paper on the ground, no stains on the wall, no depiction on the desktop, no damage to doors and windows, and no dead ends in hygiene.
(2) Behavior habits
① Develop good eating habits. Put an end to snacks, plastic bags and other white garbage entering the campus. Students don't buy drinks, bread, fresh milk, candy, pepper strips, vegetable cakes and other unsanitary foods. In the stalls outside the school, we don't bring snacks from home to school.
② Do a good job in safety. All students earnestly abide by the class system, play safe and beneficial games and create a "safe campus". It is forbidden to climb basketball stands, telephone poles, pillars, branches, windowsills, railings, etc. It is forbidden to chase and fight in stairs, corridors, classrooms, playgrounds, toilets and other places. Strive to achieve five things: discipline in class, order between classes, teamwork, polite language and manners.
