Third, the management mode of pilot work To carry out online teaching, we should give full play to the openness, cooperation and interaction of online teaching, reform the teaching management system, and explore and gradually form a teaching management system that meets the needs of online teaching and lifelong education. 1. The online education college should be directly responsible by the main leaders of the pilot schools, with teaching, technical management and service functions. Students of online education colleges can charge according to the cost of education, and the charging standards and methods shall be implemented after the school reports to the local charging management department for approval according to the relevant provisions of the state. The annual enrollment plan, actual enrollment and off-campus network teaching support service institutions of pilot schools in various regions shall be reported to the local education administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for the record. 8.
