5. Non-English majors have obtained the certificate of English examination for adult education degree organized by the provincial education administrative department;
6. Non-English major, at least 40 years old when entering school (based on the date of birth on the ID card);
7. The household registration of non-English major students (based on their ID cards) is within the definition of minority students in areas where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities (see DocumentNo. [2004]5 for details);
8. Japanese majors have obtained a certificate of Grade 3 or above in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT);
9. Japanese majors have obtained CET-4 or CET-8 certificates;
10. Students whose public foreign language is Japanese have obtained the certificate of JLPT Band 4 or above;
