The national flag guard is responsible for hanging the national flag on the flag-raising rope. After the flag bearer checks, prepare to raise the flag. When the flag is raised, the national anthem should be played at the same time.
The national flag should be raised slowly with the national anthem music until the music is over and the national flag is raised to the top of the pole.
